Tue 4 Nov 2025 — Sleeping bags

Following the TT26 TMB, a review of sleeping bag costs and sizes has been conducted. It is acknowledged that a comfort limit of -2°C may not be suitable for everyone. As such, Annex B will remain unchanged, specifying a lower limit of -2°C with compliance to ISO or EN standards. All participating establishments are reminded of their responsibility to ensure that young people are warm and comfortable in their sleeping bags during winter activities. If this is not the case, additional measures, such as providing extra sleeping clothing or sleeping bag liners, should be considered.

Fri 24 Oct 2025 — Bellever Forest Car Park

Kindly be advised that the Bellever Forest car park will remain closed until 20th November. Alternative parking is available at Postbridge car park.

9 Oct 25 - The TM Green Card and the Participant Green Card have now be updated with the additional fire information and are available on the website.

We’ve noted all the feedback regarding parking passes, and these will be reviewed so we can develop a suitable solution.

Further clarification will be provided in the coming weeks regarding sleeping bag as several of you raised concerns about money already spent on sleeping bags which you loan out to participants.

Finally, a reminder to upload your pre-planned training to the dashboard as soon as possible.

Fri 3 Oct 2025 — TRAFFIC UPDATE - ROAD CLOSURE

Please be aware that Okehampton has significant roadworks taking place tomorrow.

• The eastern approach (Exeter Road) into Okehampton from the A30, shortly after Bearton Road, will be closed.
• Access from the east into the town centre will not be possible.

Recommended Route:

All traffic should remain on the A30 and use the Sourton slip road, entering Okehampton from the west. This will avoid delays and diversions caused by the closure.
